This page explains what information Dado Studio may receive when you contact us and how that information is used.
When you contact us through the form, email, phone, Viber, or WhatsApp, we may receive information you choose to share: your name, email address, phone number, company name, project description, and other details needed to respond or prepare a quote.
We use your information only to communicate with you, understand your inquiry, prepare a quote, agree on project details, and provide the services we have agreed to deliver.
We keep contact details and messages for as long as needed to communicate, maintain inquiry records, and complete agreed work. To request deletion of previous correspondence, please contact us by email.
We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing. Information may be shared when needed to deliver a service, for example with a hosting provider, email service, or another tool used for your project.
The current version of this website does not use advanced analytics, advertising cookies, or visitor tracking systems. If analytics are added in the future, this privacy notice will be updated.
The contact form uses automated checks and request limits to reduce unwanted messages. Netlify, our hosting provider, uses the IP address and domain to apply these limits. The application does not store IP addresses in its own database. We use Resend to send inquiries.
You can ask what information we hold, request corrections to inaccurate information, or request deletion when it is no longer needed for communication or legal obligations.
